PA Gov Offered $1.7 B To Bring Ethane Cracker To State

PA Governor Tom Corbett quietly made a deal to give $1.7 billion dollars in tax breaks to Shell Oil for considering to build a multi-billion dollar ethane processing plant in Beaver County.
