A new Pennsylvania law going into effect this week requires motorists to keep no less than four feet between their vehicles and bike riders. To maintain the distance when passing, the law allows drivers to cross a double yellow line into a lane of opposing traffic. The Allegheny Front's Dennis Funk visited some Pittsburgh neighborhoods where cyclists and drivers regularly cross paths, to see how they feel about the new law.
