State Agency Believes Natural Gas Court Ruling is Too Vague

The Pennsylvania agency in charge of overseeing the state's new natural gas drilling impact fee law says it needs some clarity. As Mary Wilson reports, the Public Utility Commission says a court ordered injunction delaying portions of the new law is too ambiguous.
