Washington Residents Divided Over Shale Tax

Pennsylvania lawmakers are expected to resume the debate over an impact fee on Marcellus shale gas drilling soon. Governor Tom Corbett has made it clear that he'll never allow a tax on drilling, though some people do consider the impact fee just another word for a tax. The Allegheny Front's Dennis Funk visited Washington County to ask what people thought of the competing impact fee proposals.
